About me
Every day, I have the privilege to help donors maximize philanthropic impact, establish strategic partnerships, and build operational infrastructure that works.
My work centers relationship-first action, champions strategic, trust-based, and catalytic philanthropy praxis, and is inspired by principles of accountability, integrity, reciprocity, and deep listening. As a Philanthropy Advisor, I work closely with high-capacity givers to facilitate learning sessions, refine giving priorities, design impactful strategies, and build the systems infrastructure needed to support effective charitable giving.
With 15 years of experience in system design, implementation, impact evaluation, and strategic partnership development, I bring a holistic approach to social impact. I have led and managed the finance, operations, and strategy for organizations of all sizes, from grassroots initiatives to eight-figure asset portfolios. My work in scalable climate, community-resilient solutions has been highlighted by National Geographic, UN World Food Programme, the DRA Innovation Fund, and has been adapted into one of the fastest growing reforestation enterprises in East Africa. After extensive field work in grassroots approaches across diverse regions, I bring the knowledge of what it takes to affect impact on the ground to all levels of the change-making value chain.
It is this background that allows me to help both aspiring and established philanthropists step more confidently into their role as changemakers, and provide the guidance to build grassroots coalitions backed by real capital.
